Delegate Lane moves to amend the bill on page seventeen, section six, after the line twenty three, by adding a new subsection, designated subsection (3), to read as follows:
(3) Any endowment proceeds received by a participating institution or its affiliated research corporation shall not be expended for embryonic stem-cell research or other related study.
